February follows with the National Intermediate Championship in Thika, offering a platform for rising talent to showcase their skills.

March takes the spotlight with the IBA Women’s World Championship in Belgrade, Serbia, as Kenya’s national women’s team represents the country in this prestigious event. In April, Nairobi will host both the National Open Championship and the Youth, Junior, and School Championships, further underscoring BFK’s focus on grassroots development.

The global stage beckons again in May with the IBA Men’s World Championship, with the national men’s team competing at an international venue to be confirmed. August sees the National Team participating in the Africa Championships under the African Boxing Confederation (AFBC), while local boxing action continues with more Youth, Junior, and School Championships in Nairobi.

The National League takes center stage in the second half of the year, spanning five legs across Busia, Nakuru, Nanyuki, Mombasa, and Kisumu. These events are designed to bring top-tier boxing action closer to fans across the country.
